San Francisco Lodge No. 3 Takes 1st Place at State Convention for Public Relations!
The 1st Place award for Public Relations, for Fraternal year 2005-2006, was presented to Bob Merjano, PER by Grand Exalted Ruler, Jim Grillo and CHEA President Roy R. Newman. It was both a surprise and a delight to the Lodge No. 3 Officer team to receive this award - a first for our Lodge!
The award was presented for the work Lodge No. 3 did in bringing the national morning news show, The Today Show, into the Lodge for a tour and filming of a segment that aired in early April, 2006. Exalted Ruler, James "Mario" Reyes accepting the honor on behalf of Lodge No. 3.
Congratulations to Lodge No. 3 for this outstanding achievement!
